1994  Hong Kong Tak Ming College(HKTMC) has collaborated with California State University, Fresno to offer the Professional Certificate of Accountancy to coach those who prepared to attend the Uniform Examination of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In November 1997, Tak Ming students scored the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 9th out of TOP TEN in the State of Washington. A letter dated March 6 1998 from the Executive Director of the Board of Accountancy, State of Washington to congratulate on the success of Tak Ming students is attached.

1999  Hong Kong Tak Ming College collaborated with the Extended University Division of California State University, Bakersfield to offer its U.S. credit courses for students who need them for AICPA Exam.  HKTMC faculty members are treated as CSUB faculty to deliver the courses.
